Poem Body
|The fear of a Soldier in a Country|
I'm scared
not of the stone I'll be,
buried by sand under the soil.
I'm scared
not of the demon I saw with seven heads
nor by darkness that dimmed at my sight,
or even by sound of gun.
I'm scared
not of the arrow fired in the sky,
to pierce my body.
I'm scared,
scared for the star
that fell in the grieved land
I call home,
where dogs bark
they see no bones.

good write
May I suggest trying the word afraid in place of scared only becaue it softens the sound of the line. Either way a good write
