Double Plugging The Shit...
Plugging their drug they shuffle,
to a double bunked four by eight.
Politician finds feathers to ruffle,
don’t they know it’s far too late.
Picture perfect political perusing,
never will it solve this crime.
Political cretin admits to using,
does the deed avoids the time.
Lets now pretend to get tough,
as I slip into prime election mode.
Weak wailing electorate love my guff,
use, then dump at the side of the road.
I have no time to pander or ponder,
with such a great career to attain.
We can’t give them time to wonder,
when I get so much from their pain.
So jump aboard my criminal bandwagon,
keep the message on crime to the fore.
Let all of their punishments drag on,
as No 10 becomes a new place to score.

of the background...we can barely keep up with the shit here, it's so hard to keep up with the shit on the other side of the pond. I would suggest to put the I in the whole poem, rather than shift the presence in the poem. Background is he ( our Prime Minister ) and some of his cabinet admitted using class A drugs in the past. But when it comes to election mode they want to sound and look tough on crime, but most of us here in Britain know him as a liar. I personally wonder if he is fit ( and I mean mentally ) for office. He has the reputation for scrambled thinking, and we all know drugs can cause such symptoms. I have taken on board your suggestion about ( I ), and have a few ideas to work on. Regards Roscoe...
