A hand simply out of reach

Poem Body

We were like the tide
drifting away with our
shallow streams
of dreams .
Never really knowing
which way the wind
was blowing .
But as the days
dimmed to dawn
we wake up the
next morning
and they’re gone .
Leaving us alone
with one thing to do
move on .

Thank you lovedly my head is constantly in and out with pain to the point where it’s feels like it’s just drifting. Anyways thank you

The message of this is you have to keep going even through the hardships you can’t just stop.
Because the world doesn’t care if you just gave up it just goes on without you so you would have to learn to move on and keep the memories.

Is very classical or it echoes an older time. You have a way of showing me really intricate feelings through a large lens. That is you take a broad topic, something everyone can relate to, and then focus it right on one aspect. You do it quick and concise which amplifies this focus. It’s the second time I felt that way reading your stuff.

Great job.
