beneath the mask
lies a guarded myth
for eyes to seek
then say Ah!

Hello raj
I read this little piece in the morning. I read it later in the noon. I'm still trying to figure out the theme.....mmmm
Not sure even that the title helps.
Hint hint....
Hi friend Rula
thanks for taking time to read...
this poem was inspired by a photo of walnuts on Neopoet's Instagram page...
this poem is therefore as much about Nuts concealed in a shell as too about pleasure a reader gets on decoding the abstract/sub text/between the lines message or even could be perceived by some as a veiled bride on the maiden night...so multiple perceptions in this...
the title Going Nuts = going crazy [in a good way] after a pleasant surprise
warmly....

I sympathize with your dilemma.
I sympathize with your dilemma. But everyone deals with temptation each his/her own way. Here's how I managed mine at some point far away and long ago:
Not by chivalry nor by protocol,
Our flirting ways seduced to abdicate
Tremors echoing through the inner soul
Searching for trespasses to vindicate,
Cling strong defiant, live, reverberate:
Hopelessly shackled not with chastity,
Thanks Mario
for reading ...honestly i couldn't make sense and context of your comment..
thanks though for your time..

Hey Raj,
Hey Raj,
It is a real jewel.
The surprise of discovery of a new angle in a poem, a new depth in a character. A pleasure of learning.
I am not sure what would I say at the end Ah or Hmm.
Hi IRiz
thanks for your good words...always good to feel the pat on the back....
it' can be Ah ..AhHa or Hmmm as long as it is an exclamation...i did think about AhHa but then settled for Ah..
warmly...
