these crazy thoughts of mine

Poem Body

What a crazy day
yelling at people
getting it wrong
concerning things not real

disappointment took its toll
nobody anywhere
I'm on my own, in my world
these crazy thoughts of mine

an angel in disguise
a mediator, it's not as you see
crazy in real life, crazy online
these crazy thoughts of mine

no family or friends need me now
I'm moving on, my journey begins

Thanks for visiting and nope, I have 7 grandkids 1 on the way with their parents who don't need me in this world anymore. I'm on my spiritual journey now but I'm always available to them.

Geezer

plenty of emotion in this one. I don't see any criticism. This is very straight-forward and hits a person right between the eyes.
Very stark and sad. I hope that you don't really feel that bad. Cheer up!There must be some grandkids you can hug! They always make me feel better. ~ Geez.

thanks for visiting. No, I don't feel this bad anymore but it is an experience I've chosen to move past. I just popped this out of my head and submitted it yesterday.

Dear Barbara. your poem is sad, but I emphasize with you. My grandsons live far away, so I don't see much of them. Still, one always has poems, stories, books, etc., to write or read, plus all the daily stuff of life. I like the fact that you're starting on a spiritual journey.
Will return with more time, all the best, Gracy
